Hasita Nunduru founded Gravitas Technology Solutions after witnessing a pattern that repeated across regulated industries: innovation initiatives that failed not due to technical limitations or lack of vision, but because of the gap between strategic ambition and operational execution.
With deep experience working in regulated environments—spanning life sciences, healthcare, and enterprise technology—Hasita saw firsthand how organizations struggled to navigate the intersection of innovation and compliance.
